Large wire dog crates
Since we only have 3 conventional dog Kennels, 4 x 8 foot, we have to crate all other dogs that can't be left loose at night. We are crating the 2 pups that arrived recently, and we have plenty of outdoor pens for exercise during the day. but need crates to house the dogs overnight. We need the large size, wire ones, not the plastic airline type. They need to be dimensional to keep medium to large size dogs.

As you might imagine, supply costs for The Ark are substantial. Here are several items people could donate that we use daily and need:
- Paper Towels (Brawny, Bounty or Scott preferred)
- clean nylons, pantyhose, or knee highs, for making catnip balls (No support hose)
- TIDE with Bleach Alternative Laundry detergent
- Clorox Bleach
- Dawn dish detergent
- 3ML 50-55 gallon trash bags. (Anything less than 3 ml doesn't hold up)
- Window cleaners
- Pails
- Brooms
- Rubbing alcohol
- Purina One Dog Food
- 9 Lives canned cat food Super Supper flavor
- Fancy Feast (any fish flavor)
- Purina ONE Kitten Chow
- Purina Special Care Urinary Tract dry cat food
- Wood pellets, to use in litter boxes
- Dog toys, stuffed toys, squeaky toys, and Nylabones, Kongs
- Financial contributions
- Dog leashes 6 foot nylon leads, either 3/4 or 1 inch width
- Cat toys: balls mice and other toys kitties love
- Office supplies
- Redeemable bottles and cans
- Volunteers to work at the shelter: walk dogs, groom and pet cats
- Volunteers to take pets for veterinary appointments
We are not accepting towels or blankets right now, since we have an overstock. You may want to contact another shelter, or a local vet, to see if they can use towels or blankets.
