A very handsome, two-year-old Chihuahua mix, Chico is a little dog with a big mind. Unfortunately, he had an aggressive episode with a cat that landed him here 
at the Shelter. He has a lot of potential, and a big heart, but he needs someone to be in charge of him. Please help us find this special
