Bun-Bun was adopted today. We hope he hops through life with his new family, very happily!

“A Bunny’s Prayer”

Found in my crate on the side of the road

Not a dwelling in sight and I am so cold.

A friend picks me up and at the shelter I stay

Until someone comes along to take me away.

I hope they have carrots, I hope they have hay

I hope they understand I’ve been alone and afraid.

I want to trust them and someday I may

But until then I will twitch my nose and pray

That the family that comes will love me anyway.
