BOTTLE DRIVE FOR THE ARK: MAY 1ST
We’re Back folks – the bottle babes, bottle boys, bottle bringers, Master bean maker and bakers!
The next bottle drive/bake sale, take out bean dinner to benefit the Ark Animal Shelter will be, Saturday, May 1 from 9:00 – 1:00 at the Franklin Vets Club and the Sullivan/Sorrento Rec. Please come and support us – two of our most recent rescues are Lily and Phin. Both were abandoned and found on the streets; Lily near the Canadian border and Phin, in Eastern Washington County. These dogs will need to have some vetting done, so please help us once again!
Some of our offerings for the bake sale are: Dick Gardner’s baked beans, rolls, potato salad bagged as a carry out meal, banana bread, pumpkin bread, chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter balls, almond bark cookies, date squares and more to come. If anyone needs bottles picked up, please PM Lea Lane or call her at 565-2214. She is happy to do this – thank you so much and Lily and Phin
