He came to us from Puerto Rico as just a baby, and then was lucky enough to go into a foster with a wonderful lady who taught him and loved him! He was then adopted by a nice family but then returned, due to his very timid nature.
While Frodo is timid, once he warms up he’s a little goofy, loves to play, and enjoys cuddles. He was born 7/17/20.
Frodo will need a home with lots of love and patience, and some tranquility. Small children would not be best, due to him being scared.
