Adopt a Dog

Ready for Their Forever Home

Dogs at the Shelter undergo an initial checkup, sterilization, rabies shots and vaccines. Vaccinations include distemper, parvo and kennel cough. All dogs receive basic training, and in some circumstances, professional training services. They also receive lots of exercise, socialization, and of course, love.

AGE DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately, most of the orphaned animals who come to the shelter looking for homes don’t bring birth certificates. Sometimes we know our pets’ ages. Sometimes we don’t. So we make our best guess based on the condition of their teeth. If you are concerned about the age of the pet you are adopting, your veterinarian may be able to give you a closer estimation.
