Hi, my name is Cookie and I’m an 8-year-old Dachshund/Beagle mix. I’m a very sweet girl who loves long walks, swimming, and car rides, too. Sadly, I had a spinal injury when I was younger which makes it very hard for me to go to the bathroom by myself. I’ve overcome a lot in my life, and hope to find somebody who will appreciate that about me.

Although very sweet and personable, Lance does have a dominate personality and does not mix well with other animals. He walks well on a leash, rides great in a car, and is ready to find his forever home.

He seems to be adjusting well to shelter life, but as you can tell by his face, he does long for your love and attention.
