Lady Blue Belle (AKA Belle Belle) is a blue merle Great Dane female that was born in New York State in May of 2012. Her mother was a European Great Dane and her father was an American Great Dane. She is AKC registered and weighs roughly 125 pounds. She came to live with us when she was 12 weeks old from a home that she shared with 6 Bullmastiffs. At first she was very nervous and ate really fast, probably because she was always competing for food. She still has some nervous tendencies but has outgrown most of them. She currently shares a home with two adopted brothers, Chopper, who is also a blue merle Dane, and a beagle name Jack who rules the roost. She gets along great with other dogs.
Belle Belle has never been exposed to cats, but she doesn’t have any aggressive tendencies. We are a very busy household so she meets a lot of new people all the time, both young and old, and loves everyone. I think her biggest complaint about us is that we won’t let her sit in our laps! She is an absolute sweet heart and it breaks my heart to have to part with her. She would make a wonderful addition to anyone’s family.

Hi, my name is BeeBee and I’m a seven-year-old Tortishell. I had a nice home of my own for several years, but when my owner passed, I found myself back at the shelter where I started. I’m an easy-going, mature girl who’s learned how to live a peaceful life—I really do get along with just about everybody, including children. I hope to find another special
home with a cat-loving family to share all the best parts of the day with.

Max here, and I’m a little over a year now. The staff tells me that I’m a fairly handsome fellow. I’m also a pretty confident guy—living out in the wild certainly helps the boy become a man. Along with my buddy Brantley, I managed to make it through most of the harsh winter outside. I wouldn’t mind being an indoor-outdoor cat, but I’m really looking forward to having a cozy, warm home of my own. I like to play just as much as the next fellow, but I really look forward to curling up with the people I love. Ok, I’m kind of a lover boy…I said it.

My name is Brantley and I’m a little over a year old. I’m a very friendly guy who likes to engage in a bit of conversation…you know, things like the weather and social issues impacting our lives. I also like to play chase and pounce on my kitty toys, especially when there’s a human involved—they always make things more interesting. I get along well with other cats and I’m also pretty comfortable around dogs. When the weather’s nice, I’m not opposed to going outdoors, as long as I don’t have to LIVE out there. I’ve had enough of that life.

We are happy to introduce you to T-Bone, a twelve-year-old Papillon. Despite the fact that he’s spent his entire life breeding in a puppy mill, T-Bone is a genuinely happy guy who’s wide-eyed and ready for the great unknown. Preliminary vet results look good, though we had to have all of his rotten teeth pulled to prevent infection. He is well on his way to being house trained, and he’s very much looking forward to a new beginning with a happy ending.
