Arizona and Jersey are sisters who came to us as barn cats, and when they first arrived, they were both very scared and unsure about letting their guards down.
After a few months with us, these two girls are finally starting to come out of their shells.
Jersey has really started to enjoy being seen! She’s still cautious, but she’s learning that people can be pretty great.
Arizona has warmed up so much too! She still prefers to hang out in the shadows and watch everything from a safe distance, but when she decides you’re worthy of her attention, she’ll happily accept some love—on her terms, of course.
These girls just need someone who understands that trust takes time. They may not be instant lap cats, but watching them slowly learn to trust and love is something pretty special.
They’re proof that sometimes the shyest hearts just need a little patience to shine.

Meet Nya
Her full name, Nyatheria, means “she survived” — and this incredible girl is every bit as amazing as her story.
Nya is one of those cats who makes it very easy to fall in love with her. She is constantly purring, loves affection, and is always ready to soak up as much attention as you’re willing to give. If you’re looking for a sweet companion who wants to be your little shadow, Nya may be your girl!
Nya does prefer to be the only fur baby in the home, so her perfect family would be one where she gets all the love, attention, and cuddles to herself. She absolutely adores people and is ready to find someone who will show her just how wonderful life can be.
