“Because of you, I will always have a friend.”
-A quote from Bo and Evie.
My name is Bo, and this is my beautiful sister Evie. She is gray and white, and I’m black. We are both very soft, love people, and are easy-going. We are the best of friends and we love to play! My sister Evie is a bit more timid that I am, but I am VERY outgoing! We love laying together and we are great with other cats. We are two years old, and have a ton of love to give you. Would you mind coming to meet us? Love,
Bo and Evie

“A brother is someone who is there when you need him. Someone who picks you up when you fall. A cool cat who is always there for you. A brother is always a friend.”
I’m Titan (right) and this is my brother Troy. We are domestic short hair cats and are 2 ½ years old, and the best of friends. We are almost identical with brown and black tabby markings covering our entire bodies. The only difference between us is that I am a bit darker than Troy. We are such handsome boys but we can be a little timid when you first meet us, but once we become familiar with you we come around very quickly. I love belly rubs and pats whereas my brother Troy over here is more of a head pat kind of kitty. We love to cuddle together, and tend to stay relatively close to one another. We do get along well with other cats, but as far as we can recall, haven’t had much interaction with doggies. Visit us handsome boys at The Ark Animal Shelter in Cherryfield during business hours, or call for more information (207) 546-3484.

Well hello there. I’m Camden, a gorgeous 3-year-old silvery gray tabby cat with a personality just as striking as my looks! I am very friendly, but very feisty as well. I love playing with cat toys, and I tolerate other cats fairly well. My favorite past time is spending my days perched in a cat tree, or basking in the sun on a windowsill. I’m not particularly fond of dogs. I’m too prissy for silly dogs, but maybe a laid-back dog would be alright. I’m not sure though, I would have to think about it…Would you want to come visit me at The Ark Animal Shelter in Cherryfield during business hours or call for more information (207) 546-3484? I’d love to meet you, and I think that it might be a good idea if you brought a treat or a cat toy. But if not, that’s ok too!
Looking for My Home,
Camden

Meowzers, good day to you! My name is Zoey, and I am just gorgeous. I am beautiful 5-year-old domestic long hair Tabby cat. I have a black, grey and orange swirled body, with a white chest and feet. I have orange tabby markings covering most of my sweet little face, outlined with black and grey tabby markings. I can tolerate other felines, but I would really love to be the only kitty in your life. I can be rather sweet, but I have a feisty side to match, and I am not afraid to let you know when I’m ready to go be alone! I adore napping in structured cat beds, or lying out in the sun on the windowsill. Could you please visit me at The Ark Animal Shelter in Cherryfield during business hours or call for more information (207) 546-3484. I would love to meet you!
Sincerely,
Zoey

My name is Sally, and I have kind of a sad story to tell you. I am an interesting cat. I’m about 10-11 years old, and a domestic short haired. I like other kitties, and I love human companionship. I likes to smile when you pet me, showing off my teeth. (I have nice teeth, what can I say)? Someone came to visit me and she took me home with her! I was very happy, but I started clawing at her blanket and her couch (because I’m a CAT….duhhhh!) I’m also a famous Jungle Kitty here at the Ark, living in the Jungle Room crawling on beams, sleeping in hidey-holes and clawing at the best cat trees around! Anyway, my new mom probably didn’t get me any scratching post and I needed to sharpen my claws. She decided she didn’t want me anymore after I ruined her blanket. So there I was, back at the shelter. Then I went home AGAIN- But I can be a bit of a jerk and was picking on my new mom’s little dog. So, there you have it! I’m back here in the jungle room. I’m really hoping for my third and final chance at a home, with a scratching post. The girls at the shelter love me so much and want me to be happy, so they will even provide my new mom and/or dad with a scratching post to go with my adoption. I was wondering if you would come visit me? I’m getting up there in age and would really like to spend the rest of my healthy, happy kitty years in a home to call me own.
Will you come to the Ark and visit me?
Love,
Sally Cat
