Stella is about a year old old, and she is so gorgeous and ready for her new home! She likes laying around with other cats. When first approached, she is a bit timid, but will let you pet her. She loves to play with other kitties! She will need some adjustment time in her new home before fully coming out of her shell, so give her some patience and a warm bed!

Her name and her face says it all, and she really lives up to her name. Foxy is hanging out with other kitties in the common room, waiting to be adopted into your arms. She recently had her feline behavior observation done, and she really put on quite a show! Foxy has soft and relaxed busy posture and and approaches and seeks contact from humans. When she is initially touched, she sniffs, head-butts, rubs on your hand, and rolls over on her back. She loves to purr, and prefers soft, gentle movements when playing with toys. She enjoys almost all human contact (being held, patted everywhere, brushed, and more). She likes to touch noses, loves attention, enjoys purring. She is very social and oriented and calm and content to just be with people. She would love to have a structure to hide in on days where she is feeling over stimulated. Come meet Foxy soon and bring her home!

Do you love kitties who love being scratched under their chin, that have a gorgeous black coat and dynamic gold eyes? Do you like independent cats, who are content to hang out and observe? Meet Cub! Don’t let Cub’s eye-yuckies deter you from adopting him. He is on medication right now and will be as good as new, soon! Cub recently had his feline behavior observation done. He was found hidden in a hidey-hole in a cat structure. He has soft and relaxed body posture, and in response to human presence, he looks and ignores. When touched, hehe sniffs and then backs away. We feels he may have been a little bit overwhelmed during the observation due to some of the changes he has had in his life. We feel he might respond to feather toys attached
to a structure so he can play on his own schedule. He enjoys being touched almost everywhere, but does not particularly care to be carried around in your arms. He is able to be held for about 10 seconds before he starts meowing and trying to jump down. Cub will need 2-4 weeks to adjust and a place to hide. He will not be a cat to over-indulge with attention at the start. He will need plenty of chin-scratches and time!

JACK HAS BEEN ADOPTED! Do you enjoy snuggling with little dogs? Do you appreciate a strong bond between yourself and “man’s best friend?” Do you have time, patience, and a huge heart? If you answered yes to all of these, than you might want to come into the Ark and meet Jack, a loving and sweet one-year old beagle. As a young hound breed, Jack will need work on some of his basic manners, including counter-surfing, jumping, and walking politely on a leash. Although very petite for a beagle, he has a little bit of strength behind his pull! He enjoys putting his nose to the ground, and smelling his way all over the place. His favorite things to do include cuddling, wagging his tail, and playing with kitties. Jack does well with other dogs, but can sometimes be scared of them if they are dominant or bark at him, so he may need some adjustment time to get acclimated to his new surroundings. Jack enjoys being close to “his people” and will bark and howl when left alone. He likes to follow you around and look at you adoringly. For Jack’s adoption, we will require a secure fenced in back-yard* and someone who has experience with hound breeds. Please give us a call or stop in today to meet your new best friend
